Bristles type

There are two bristles type in your Mooi E-Toothbrush Kit. 

All Rounder is suitable for users with healthy gums & teeth.

Ultra Soft is suitable for users with sensitive gums &teeth.

You are advised to try both bristles to find the best fit for you. You are advised to change your bristle every 2-3 months to maintain efficacy of teeth brushing to remove built up plague.

Installation

Install the brush head - Align the main shaft with the toothbrush head hole and insert. Please be careful not to force rotate the head more than 20 °.

Tips

Adaptation phase - If you are using an electric toothbrush for the first time, it is recommended that you get used to it first.

Usage - Please keep your mouth slightly open when brushing your teeth, so that the toothbrush has enough room to swing; do not use force when brushing your teeth, just gently touch the teeth and gum surface.

Correct technique - Apply toothpaste evenly to the surface of the tooth or the toothbrush bristle and start brushing. Ensure all areas are brushed for at least 30 seconds, (Areas: upper left, lower left, upper right and lower right) tilting at 45 ° when brushing the teeth, focus brushing along the gingival groove.

Brush head replacement - The bristles are not easy to deform, however it is advisable to replace the brush head. The moisture in the bathroom is prone to breed bacteria in the brush head.

About the model

Waterproof rating - Supports IPx7 waterproof.

The frequency and intensity of each mode are different, after adaptation, please select the appropriate mode according to personal preferences.

M mode (The first mode, also the most gentle mode)- If you are using the electric toothbrush for the first time, it is recommended to use the M mode for the first 2 weeks to adapt.

N mode (Second mode)- If you are adapted to an electric toothbrush, it is recommended that you use N mode directly.

S mode (Third mode) - After you have adapted to an electric toothbrush, S-mode is used when cleaning teeth after a meal, with a clean brush head.

X mode (Fourth mode) - This mode belongs to polishing and sonic tooth cleaning. It is suitable for periodontal swelling and pain. Tooth cleaning mode needs to be used with a special brush head. 

About vertical brushing

Automates the movement of manual brushing in an up and down motion, we call it "vertical brush”. The Mooi electric toothbrush is able to achieve full automatic swing of the brush head up and down, without harsh noise and high-frequency vibration, making brushing a more comfortable experience.

About operation

Turn on - Short press to turn on. (Unable to turn on in charging mode.)

Mode - Within 5 seconds of power-on state, short press to enter into mode adjustment, device will auto exit mode adjustment within 5 seconds of no operation. (The mode button will be accompanied by indicator light, and the flashing stops when it exits the mode adjustment).

Pause - At every 30 seconds interval, there will be a slight pause to indicate user to change the section for brushing.

Shut down - After the device exits mode adjustment, short press to turn off.

Press and hold for 2 seconds to force shut down, or device automatically shuts down after 2 minutes.

Precaution

We do not recommend usage for under 6 years old.

We do not recommend usage if you have any serious oral disease, consult your doctor before using.

If you feel unwell, please stop using it.

About after-sales

Warranty Scope - If the product cannot be turned on, or has abnormal functions caused by product defects. We will provide one for one replacement within 3 months of purchase.
