Refund policy
At GlowWithGrace, we want you to be completely satisfied with your shopping experience! If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward refund/exchange process. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Refunds
In the event if the product received is damaged before using, notify us within 7 days and send us the proof of defect, we will then arrange to send the replacement product to you within 3 working days and collect the defective product back.
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund/exchange, the item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: You have 7 days from the date of purchase to initiate a refund/exchange

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-14 business days.
- Exclusions: Please note that certain items, such as gift cards, downloadable software, or perishable goods, may not be eligible for refunds.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2. Cancellation
- We are unable to cancel any orders that has been fulfilled (e.g peak promotion, longer delivery time due to courier) as the order has been picked up by our courier and is on the way to you.
3. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact our customer service team at hello@glowwithgrace.co for assistance.
4. Exceptions
- Opened or Used Products: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for consumed products, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
- Final Sale/Clearance: Certain clearance or promotional items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
