Shipping policy

Delivery with Tracking (Singapore): $5
Registered Postage are handled by our courier company, EasyParcel. Orders placed should be received within 2 to 3 working days after fulfilment on a normal basis (unless otherwise stated, e.g big promotions/campaigns such as 11.11)


Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays are handled on Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). 

For Delayed or Lost Orders:
We are unable to take responsibility for delays caused by the courier so please be patient! A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the courier tracking system for a period of 14 days and tracking status shows "Lost in Transit". An investigation with the courier company will be launched and we will keep you updated on the status. A replacement product will be sent as soon as possible.

For Incomplete/Wrong Address:
If your package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address indicated by you, you will be responsible for re-delivery cost.
